Adam came in early, patiently and thoroughly walked through the estimate process and choices, provided a timely, detailed comprehensive estimate that addressed all of our concerns prior to scheduling our job. His crew was neat and respectful, cleaned up after themselves daily, and included our inputs in the choices as they went along. End result - a very nice new deck and a much nicer bathroom with the high-quality work coming in under the estimate cost (he is definitely not one of those "nickel and dime you after you sign the estimate" contractors that I have also had past dealings with). I WILL be using Adam and JAK Home Repair & Remodel for future work on my house (already looking at some more estimates from him) and strongly recommend you consider him for your remodel and repair work as well. It is rare these days to get high quality work under budget delivered by skilled professionals you enjoy dealing with, but that is exactly what I got with JAK Home Repair.
